The massive new construction of Westfield's shopping centre at 309 Broadway showcased woods' ability to turnaround complex projects in tight time frames. The development delivers 5 new levels of retail and parking space, expanding on the current shopping centre (also being upgraded) at 277 Broadway. There was an extensive use of glass, not only on the external facade of the building, but also on interior features such as elevators, balustrades and water features.
