SkyLign Alpha is a Woods Glass designed glazing system that provide a sophisticated glazing solution for skylights.
Many architectural buildings require light into central spaces via rooflights and skylights - these spaces also require insulation. However, this can cause over-heating and glare issues if the correct glazing system isn’t utilised.
SkyLign Alpha incorporates a range of high performance glass options (Keramo, ThermalPlus, Infinit E) along with Thermosash’s Alpha Glazing System.These panes must also support high wind loads and live loads for maintenance, so the glass design is critical – Engineered performance glass rooflights are a must.

Normally when cleaning glass, a vinegar-based glass cleaner or mild dish soap and water with a soft, lint-free cloth or paper products is recommended. A squeegee or soft cloth may be carefully used to dry the glass and help avoid water spots.
It is not recommended to use petroleum-based cleaners or solvents as they can streak the glass and weaken the seal between the glass and frame. Avoid washing in direct sunlight to reduce streaking on the glass.
Never use razor blades, steel wool, putty knives or abrasive pads as they may damage the glass, particularly on toughened glass.
SkyLign is manufactured in a large variety of sizes and thicknesses. The span, structural system and load imposed by the glass thickness will determine the spanning ability of the skylight. Skylign can incorporate a variety of Woods Glass products such as Keramo, Infinit E and ThermalPlus to meet specific performance requirements.
