Zeus

Zeus is a Woods Glass Balustrade system designed to be installed in areas that are susceptible to overcrowding. Zeus is a C5 rated balustrade system that utilises a plate clamping fixing system. Zeus uses heavy duty laminated safety glass and rigid fixings offering a very low flex and solid balustrade.

The Zeus system uses minimal framing allowing for seamless and unrestricted views. It can be used in conjunction with a variety of Woods Glass products such as Obscura, Keramo and UltraVis to create the desired aesthetic. Zeus is even available in curved glass to create a clean and dramatic balustrade system.

All Woods Balustrade systems are extensively tested and standard drawings are available upon request.

Zeus is a C5 rated system, meaning it can be used in high impact areas that are susceptible to overcrowding. Zeus systems must be engineered to specific code and design, please contact Woods Glass to find out more information.

Normally when cleaning glass, a vinegar-based glass cleaner or mild dish soap and water with a soft, lint-free cloth or paper products is recommended. A squeegee or soft cloth may be carefully used to dry the glass and help avoid water spots.

It is not recommended to use petroleum-based cleaners or solvents as they can streak the glass and weaken the seal between the glass and frame. Avoid washing in direct sunlight to reduce streaking on the glass.

Never use razor blades, steel wool, putty knives or abrasive pads as they may damage the glass, particularly on toughened glass.

Zeus can be combined with a range of Woods Glass products such as ceramic fritted glass (Keramo) and ultra clear glass (UltraVis) for improved performance and aesthetics. Please contact Woods Glass to discuss special requirements.
